About

Experienced Business Lawyer

I have more than fifteen years of experience representing businesses in their general and day-to-day business law matters. I offer comprehensive legal counsel throughout the business life cycle, from inception to wind-down, with an emphasis on being responsive, practical, and cost-effective.

With experience supporting sole proprietors to Fortune 300 companies, I support my clients with all business law matters that warrant the advice of counsel, including their business contracts, employment matters, compliance issues, tax obligations, and intellectual property. I strive to understand the goals of my clients and help them navigate all aspects of the law and how those those rules impact their goals.

Experienced ERISA Compliance Lawyer

With over fifteen years of experience specializing in ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation, I have helped employers navigate all aspects of benefits law from health care reform to the evolution of the fiduciary rule and SECURE Act implementation.
